Supply Chain Management Officer (“SCM”) 

  • Under The Head of Finance & Operation supervisions, the main job responsibility is to ensure effective alignment, planning  and  implementation of the supply chain tactical plans and information so that customer deliveries can be affected and delivered on time, to ensure a cost effective procurement




  • Ensure that demand planning is accurate, fit to the sales forecast and required stocks month cover.
  • Ensure that all customer requirements are met and delivered timorously and in a cost  effective manner.
  • Implement supply chains that support business strategies adapted to changing market conditions, new product launch.
  • Ensure Suppliers are providing the best possible service to the Company.
  • Coordination with the forwarder company and overseeing arrival of shipments.
  • Ensure that negotiations and other local Supplier dealings adhere to the Code of Conduct and all Procurement  procedures.
  • Ensure that stock levels are optimal, and products material and parts are maintained at all times.
  • Ensure that the system is always an accurate reflection of incoming, existing and outgoing stock.
  • Ensure that monthly stock status reports indicate an accurate investment in stock, stock losses, stock outs and  availability to meet delivery commitments.
  • Collaborate with other departments,  such as sales, marketing, regulatory, finance, quality assurance, and  warehouse logistic.




  • Must be a Bachelor degree  in any academic subject.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in supply chain management and expert in import process.
  • Understand all relates import-export documents should be in place.
  • High proficiency in computer literacy particularly in excel and other in-house system.
  • Fluent (oral & writing) in English.
  • Team player,  have the ability to work in a pressurized environment, with exceptional  problem solving and customer relationship skills.
  • Have the ability to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels.
  • Good decision-making skills, a proactive approach and the ability to adapt and react quickly   to change within the sales trend and customer requirements are further attributes of the ideal candidate.
